Rabbi Yossef Harari-Raful serves as the Marriage Registrar of Bet Din Bet Yosef of South Florida, where he assists couples and families in navigating the halachic and administrative requirements of Jewish marriage. In this role, he oversees the documentation, verification of personal status, and coordination of Chuppah VeKiddushin arrangements in accordance with the standards of the Bet Din.
Known for his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, Rabbi Harari-Raful works closely with the Dayanim and administration of the Bet Din to ensure that each couple is guided with care, discretion, and clarity throughout the marriage registration process.
